Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page for Hana Bakes 4 U!
By accessing the Hana Bakes 4 U (the “Site,” “we,” “us,”, or “our) website and placing an order, you agree to read and comply with the following terms and conditions.
Section 1 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance from Hana. As our desserts are handmade, there can be slight variation in appearance, colour, and size. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, ingredient/packaging unavailability, errors in pricing/descriptions, or delivery limitations.
Section 2 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Payments MUST be made in full at the time of placing an order through our checkout.
Section 3 - PICKUP/DELIVERY AND HANDLING
✽ Customers are fully responsible for picking up orders during the designated Sunday time slots provided in the order confirmation email.
✽ If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address/time, extra fees may apply for re-delivery
In terms of handling, our products are made fresh and perishable. Once picked up/delivered, follow the storage instructions provided on our website (linked to each unique product) to maintain quality and safety. We are not liable for the degradation of products due to improper storage.
Section 4 - CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
As our products are freshly baked-to-order, cancellations/refunds must be requested at LEAST 24 hours (less than 10 servings) or 48 hours (more than 10 servings) prior to your scheduled pickup/delivery time. Refunds or store credits for cancellations made after this window will be granted at our sole discretion. Due to the perishability of our products, returns/exchanges are unavailable.
Section 5 - DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS
Whilst we follow strict sanitary conditions and clean equipment thoroughly, all products are prepared in a domestic kitchen that handles major allergens (i.e., gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy). We cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from trace cross-contamination. By purchasing, you acknowledge this risk.
SECTION 6 - LIABILITY
To the MAXIMUM extent permitted by NSW law, Hana Bakes 4 U will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our products.
