Meet Hana

I’ve always been the friend to ask for more food. My love for baking began when I would watch Nerdy Nummies, eventually transitioning to Nadiya Bakes and Jacques Torres. With over four years of hospitality experience, I had special experience working with Commonwealth Bank Foundry as a kitchen-hand and St Vincent’s Care as an FSA. 

 

My passion for baking continued to grow stronger, friends asking me to open a bakery. Coincidentally, I’m also studying a BSc in Food Science and Marketing. 

 

As someone who is fond of minimally sweet desserts with unique flavours, I want to expand my taste palette to you! I aspire to design desserts which are both professional and DELICIOUS.
